Peter was AMAZING!!!!! He was very understanding of my situation, and including the run down garage (elephant in the room). I had already replaced many important things, such as Plumbing, and Heating/Cooling unit. He toured the home, and let us know what we needed to do to get the home on the market. Lots of sweat equity went into the home. Was grateful!! Was able to learn more about home improvement and resources. Peter was able to find the perfect buyer for our "As Is" home. They process to sell the home was easy and very streamline. Even with the Title Company. Peter's compassion to help the seller was remarkable. Felt like we was a part of his family. Peter is a very attentive realtor, he was most patient with me when Just couldn’t decide. There was no pushing in his side, that I dearly appreciated. He truly wants to get you the right house. I met Peter thru a referral from a close mutual friend. Peter was wonderful to work with in selling my home when I was out of state. He has a great network of contractors and team to get things done quickly and within a budget. He worked with my tenants, painters, garage people, etc to get the house on the market much quicker than I could have done remotely. My house needed a few things spruced up, he got us quotes and we went thru what would help the house sell vs what was overboard. He was pragmatic and gentle in discussing the pro/cons of the house, and how to price and list it. He's also just a nice guy and a pleasure to work with. My text-message-inbox feels empty without his constant communication; I might just buy or sell another house just to hang out with him more.

Peter is quite possibly one of the best people let alone realtors I've met, throughout the entire process his help quite literally is the the only reason I got my dream first home. Any and all questions were answered quickly and professionally, all dealings between buyer/agent/seller/inspector/maintenance guy or even the painter were handled with exceptional timing and professionalism.
